Return and Refund

If the book you receive is damaged, send us a photo or video on our customer care WhatsApp number or email ID. After proper examination by the team, we will re-send you the same book in good condition. If you receive a book that is wrongly different from the one you ordered, please let us know through our customer care. We will pick up the wrong book and ship you the correct one immediately after receiving the wrong one. If you are in a hurry to get the book before we complete the picking-up and re-dispatch process, you can place a fresh order for the same book through this website. We will refund the money charged for the wrong book after receiving it. However, a refund is applicable only if your fresh order exactly matches your previous order (in terms of book titles) for which the replacement process was initiated.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee of INR 99/- will be deducted and the rest will be refunded in case of Pre-paid orders. Your order is not eligible for cancellation and refund if it exceeds the window of 24 hours. This is because we start processing your order within a day of receiving it.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+bee0777c753148c68f52151f3c2e7a4b@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
